3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment as per company policy.

- Advance booking amount is non-refundable.
- Full payment must be completed before final delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about items to be moved.
- Declare any valuable or fragile items in advance.
- Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations.
- Be present or have an authorized representative during pickup and delivery.
- Remove or secure any valuable items not included in the moving service.
5. Company Responsibilities
- Provide professional packing and moving services.
- Handle items with reasonable care.
- Arrive within the scheduled time frame.
- Communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage is included in our service.
- Additional insurance can be purchased separately.
- We are not liable for:
- Undeclared valuable items.
- Pre-existing damage.
- Items packed by customers.
- Force majeure events.
- Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.
7. Claims and Damages
- Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion.
- All claims must be supported with proper documentation and evidence.
- Resolution will be provided as per company policy and applicable laws.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled service.
- Cancellation charges may apply as per the following:
- More than 48 hours: Full refund of advance payment.
- 24-48 hours: 50% of advance payment.
- Less than 24 hours: No refund.
9. Prohibited Items
- We do not transport:
- Illegal substances
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable items
- Valuable documents
- Cash and jewelry
- Live plants or animals
10. Service Modifications
- Any changes to the scheduled service must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Additional charges may apply for service modifications.
- We reserve the right to adjust service terms based on modifications.
11. Privacy and Data

- Data is retained only for service duration.
- No information is stored after service completion.
